Terms and Conditions

"Camp" means the AI Builders Camp™ program, consisting of eight live and recorded program weeks preceded by a Week 0 preparation week.

"Student", "you", or "your" means the individual who has paid the enrollment fee and been granted access.

"Season" or "Batch" means a specific cohort of the Camp with its own start and end dates.

"Circle" means the AEC Circle community platform where assignments, huddles, and announcements are hosted.

"Head Coach" means Jazmine de Luna, founder of AI Empowered Club™, or a person she designates in writing.

"Week 0" means the preparation week that runs immediately before Week 1, covering orientation, community onboarding, and tool setup.

"Day 1" means the first calendar day of Week 1. Week 0 does not count toward Day 1.

"Enrollment Fee" means the amount you actually paid to join the Camp, exclusive of payment processor fees and taxes.

"Week 8" means the final program week, which includes the 24-Hour Launch event and the Launch Debrief.

"Day 60" means the sixtieth calendar day counted from Day 1.

2.1 The Camp is delivered over nine weeks in total: a Week 0 preparation week followed by eight program weeks.

2.2 Week 0 is the preparation week. It covers orientation, Circle onboarding, account and tool setup, and a walkthrough of the Camp rules, the completion requirements, and the guarantee. Week 0 contains no graded assignments, but attendance and setup completion are required under Section 6.

2.3 All timing in these Terms is counted from Day 1, the first calendar day of Week 1. Week 0 does not count toward Day 1, Day 60, or the thirty day AI Bestie Challenge window.

2.4 The eight program weeks combine live sessions, pre-recorded video lessons, weekly assignments, accountability meetings, huddles, and Q&A sessions.

2.5 Live sessions are held on Mondays and Fridays at 8:00 PM Manila time unless otherwise announced inside Circle. Recordings are made available for replay.

2.6 Week 8 includes the 24-Hour Launch event, a live selling window supported by the coaching team and the full cohort.

2.7 We may adjust the schedule, session order, guest coaches, bonuses, or delivery format where doing so does not reduce the substance of the program. Schedule changes are announced inside Circle.

2.8 The Camp teaches you to build and sell one digital product. It is an education and coaching program. It is not employment, a franchise, an investment product, or a securities offering.

3.1 All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱). The Batch 1 enrollment fee is ₱35,000 unless a different amount was stated on your specific checkout page, in which case that amount is your Enrollment Fee.

3.2 Payments are processed through our authorized payment providers, which may include card processing and local rails such as GCash and Maya. Processor fees, currency conversion charges, and bank charges are not refundable by us.

3.3 Access is granted for one named individual. Your seat is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to another person without our written approval.

3.4 Installment or payment plan arrangements, where offered, must be kept current. Missed installments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

3.5 Promotional pricing, early-bird pricing, and waitlist pricing apply only to the enrollment window stated at the time of purchase and are not applied retroactively.

4.1 You must register on Circle using the same email address used at checkout. Access is manually activated after payment verification.

4.2 Sharing login credentials, screen sharing sessions with non-enrolled parties, or distributing recordings, workbooks, prompts, templates, or skill files to anyone outside your cohort is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 We may suspend or terminate access without refund for credential sharing, content redistribution, harassment, or any conduct described in Section 13.

4.4 Access to Camp materials remains available for the duration announced for your cohort. Bonus access to the AI Empowered Club™ membership, where included, is governed by that program's own terms.

5.1 The Camp uses third party AI tools and platforms. Some require paid subscriptions, including but not limited to a paid ChatGPT plan at approximately USD 20 per month.

5.2 Subscription costs for third party tools are your responsibility and are not included in the Enrollment Fee.

5.3 We do not control third party tools and are not liable for their pricing changes, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or discontinuation.

To be considered a Student in Good Standing, and as a precondition to any claim under Section 7 or Section 8, you must complete all of the following:

6.1 Complete Week 0. Attend the orientation session, set up your Circle profile, submit the onboarding form, and finish the account and tool setup checklist before the first Week 1 live session. If you enroll after Week 0 has already ended, you must watch the orientation replay in full and complete the Week 0 checklist before attending your first Week 1 session.

6.2 Attend all eight weekly live sessions, plus all weekly accountability meetings, huddles, and Q&A sessions. Where a live session is missed for a documented reason, the replay must be watched in full and logged inside Circle within 72 hours.

6.3 Submit every weekly assignment inside the AEC Circle community on or before its stated deadline.

6.4 Watch all Income Freedom video lessons in full.

6.5 Deploy your AI tool or digital product by Week 6 with a live, publicly accessible URL.

6.6 Participate in the 24-Hour Launch event in Week 8.

6.7 Make at least three documented real sales attempts, with dated screenshot proof.

6.8 Follow the coaching recommendations given to you directly by your coach, including offer corrections, pricing direction, and outreach instructions. Substituting your own strategy after receiving a specific coaching correction voids Good Standing for that item.

6.9 Submit your completion portfolio within seven days after Day 60.

9.1 The First Sale Guarantee™ is a refund commitment. It is not a promise, prediction, or warranty of any specific income, sale, or business result.

9.2 Testimonials, case studies, screenshots, and figures shared on our website or inside the Camp reflect the results of specific individuals. They are not typical, not average, and are not a representation of what you will earn.

9.3 Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, your existing audience and warm network, your market, your pricing, your execution, and general economic conditions.

9.4 Nothing in the Camp constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own business registration, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance.

10.1 All Camp materials, including frameworks, session recordings, workbooks, prompts, templates, custom AI skills, and branded methodologies such as AI Builders Camp™, AI Empowered Club™, AI Bestie Challenge™, and First Sale Guarantee™, are the intellectual property of AI Empowered Club™.

10.2 You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business only, for the duration of your access.

10.3 You may not copy, resell, republish, repackage, teach, coach from, or create derivative training products based on Camp materials.

10.4 You own the product you build. We claim no ownership over your product, your customer relationships, or your revenue.

11.1 Live sessions are recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded when your camera or microphone is active.

11.2 You grant us permission to use your submitted wins, screenshots, and testimonials in marketing, with your first name and last initial, unless you withdraw consent in writing to admin@aiempoweredclub.com.

11.3 You may not record, screen capture, or redistribute live sessions yourself.

12.1 Outside the First Sale Guarantee™ in Section 7, the Enrollment Fee is non-refundable once access to Camp materials has been granted.

12.2 Seats may not be transferred to another person or deferred to a later Season except at our sole discretion.

12.3 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following the claim process in Section 7 is a breach of these Terms. It voids all guarantee and Challenge eligibility, terminates access immediately, and we reserve the right to recover costs incurred.

13.1 Inside Circle and all live sessions you agree to treat coaches, staff, and fellow builders with respect.

13.2 Prohibited conduct includes harassment, discriminatory language, spamming, pitching or recruiting other students into unrelated offers or MLM opportunities without permission, sharing others' private information, and misrepresenting your results.

13.3 Undermining other students. The Camp works because students stay in motion. Conduct that pulls other students out of motion is treated as a breach of these Terms. This includes privately messaging other students to discourage them from doing the work, running a sustained campaign of complaint through direct messages rather than raising the issue with the coaching team, telling other students the method does not work while you are not doing it, and persistently redirecting group spaces onto grievances after the matter has been addressed.

13.4 What this clause does not cover. Asking hard questions, disagreeing with coaching, reporting a problem, sharing that you are struggling, saying something is not working for you, or making a complaint through any channel is not a breach of this section. Criticism raised openly and in good faith is welcome and will never be treated as grounds for removal.

13.5 Warning first. Except in cases of harassment, threats, or disclosure of another person's private information, removal is preceded by a written warning that identifies the specific conduct and gives you a reasonable opportunity to stop.

13.6 Authority to remove. Removal from the Camp requires the approval of the Head Coach. No other coach, council leader, moderator, or staff member may remove a Student. The decision is made by the Head Coach at her sole discretion and is final.

13.7 Effect of removal. A Student removed under this section loses access to Circle, live sessions, recordings, and all Camp materials immediately, and forfeits the Enrollment Fee. Removal does not release you from Section 10.

13.8 Lesser measures. We may also remove content, mute, restrict posting, or suspend access temporarily without proceeding to removal.

14.1 We collect and process the personal information you provide at enrollment and during the program in order to deliver the Camp, verify claims, and communicate with you.

14.2 We handle personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

14.3 Evidence submitted for a Section 7 or Section 8 claim is retained for verification, audit, and dispute purposes.

14.4 You may request access to or correction of your personal data by emailing admin@aiempoweredclub.com.

15.1 The Camp and all materials are provided on an as is basis, without warranty of any kind beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Camp shall not exceed the Enrollment Fee you actually paid.

15.3 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

16.1 We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.

16.2 Material changes affecting the First Sale Guarantee™ or the AI Bestie Challenge™ will not be applied retroactively to a cohort already in progress.

16.3 Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

17.2 The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct discussion within thirty days of written notice.

17.3 Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

These Terms, together with the specific offer details shown on your checkout page, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Empowered Club™ regarding the Camp, and supersede any prior representation, whether written or spoken, including statements made in marketing material, webinars, or direct messages.
